REDCO and Veracio seal technology alliance to integrate AI and ML into mineral exploration

As part of FEXMIN, one of the main mineral exploration gatherings in Chile, REDCO Mining Consultants and Veracio formalized a strategic agreement that seeks to transform the way mineral resource projects and studies are developed, integrating artificial intelligence (AI) and machine learning into key exploration processes.

The agreement was signed by Eduardo Molina A., Global Commercial Vice President of Veracio, and Rodrigo J. Valdés Hidalgo, Business Development Manager of REDCO. With this agreement, the consultancy will incorporate Veracio’s TruScan™ solutions into its Mineral Resources Area and into REDTEC, integrating advanced geological information capture with intelligent and consistent data processing.

According to the Business Development Management, this alliance has a twofold strategic impact. On the one hand, for REDCO it means strengthening its capabilities in exploration and resource studies through tools that accelerate the capture and analysis of geological information. For Veracio, meanwhile, the agreement marks a key step in its consolidation in the Chilean market, integrating AI-supported scanning solutions that transform large volumes of data into concrete inputs.

The agreement reflects the convergence between global technological innovation and knowledge applied to the local context. As both companies highlighted, this integration seeks to generate real value for the industry through more efficient and reliable methodologies to meet the challenges of exploration and resource development.
