REDCO TAKES PART IN THE OFFICIAL CANADA DAY 2025 CELEBRATION

As part of its international engagement strategy, REDCO took part last June in the Canada Day commemoration, an event organized by the Embassy of Canada in Chile together with the Chilean-Canadian Chamber of Commerce. The activity brought together more than 600 attendees, including government authorities, diplomatic representatives and private sector representatives, with the aim of celebrating the 158 years of the Canadian Confederation and more than eight decades of bilateral relations with Chile.
In this regard, REDCO’s Business Development Management represented the company at this event, where the historical, economic and cultural ties that unite both countries were addressed, with emphasis on the shared challenges toward more inclusive and sustainable development.
During the day, there was an opportunity to talk with relevant players in the mining ecosystem, including the Minister of Mining of Chile, Aurora Williams, with whom the current challenges of the sector and the contribution that companies such as REDCO can make were discussed.
Canada is currently the leading foreign investor in mining in Chile, and it is a key country within the consultancy’s internationalization plan. Taking part in this type of gathering makes it possible to continue strengthening strategic ties with public, diplomatic and business institutions, in line with our vision of adding value in dynamic and demanding markets.
