With more than 25 years of experience in the mining industry, he is a Mining Civil Engineer from Universidad de Chile and holds an M.Sc. in Mineral Economics from Curtin University, Australia. His career spans technical and executive roles in Chile, Indonesia and the United States.
Antonio Schettino

With more than 40 years of experience in the mining and heavy construction industries, both in Brazil and internationally, he is a Mining Civil Engineer from Universidade Federal de Minas Gerais, with executive education at FDC and at the Kellogg School of Management, Northwestern University (USA).

With more than 10 years of experience, she has led expansion strategies in Europe, Central Asia and Latin America, building strategic alliances and driving growth in multicultural environments.

He has held management positions at Neptunia S.A., Pluspetrol, Grupo Ferreyros and as Managing Director Andean Region at Novica.com (National Geographic), leading operations in four countries in the region.

He has served as Project Engineer, Chief Engineer and Area Deputy Manager on studies in Chile, Peru, Brazil and Russia. He currently leads technical projects on reserve reports, PEAs and LOM analysis, with command of software such as Deswik, Vulcan, Whittle and Gems.

Mining Civil Engineer from Universidad de La Serena, with more than 23 years of experience in geomechanics, drilling and blasting, and mine planning. He has led geomechanical risk management systems and continuous improvement initiatives in underground and open pit operations in Chile, Argentina, Mexico, Brazil and Peru.

At REDCO Mining Consultants he leads the communications and marketing strategy, including corporate image management, institutional relations and engagement with specialized media and mining industry stakeholders.
