PRODUCTION AT RISK ASSESSMENT METHODOLOGY – CHILE / USA

REDCO implemented an advanced methodology for assessing production at risk, integrating simulation tools into the mine planning process. This approach made it possible to estimate confidence intervals associated with production, analyze the occurrence of bottlenecks and project different operational performance scenarios as part of the budgeting process.

Thanks to this methodology, risk control was optimized and more realistic and reliable projections were delivered, ensuring that medium-term planning was aligned with the strategic and financial objectives of the operation.
