REDCO MARKS 20 YEARS OF HISTORY WITH A CELEBRATION ALONGSIDE EMPLOYEES FROM ALL ITS SUBSIDIARIES

REDCO celebrated its twentieth anniversary with a ceremony that brought together more than 100 employees and international guests at the Hotel Mandarín Oriental in Vitacura. The event, held on August 21, marked a milestone for the mining engineering consultancy, founded in 2005 and today consolidated with a presence in Chile, Peru, Brazil and the USA.

Over these two decades, REDCO has carried out more than 500 projects and surpassed 750,000 hours of specialized consulting, backed by a team of more than 80 professionals. This growth, both economic and organizational and cultural, was highlighted by Enrique Rubio, Chief Executive Officer of the company, who stressed that “the achievements reached reflect technical excellence, but also the commitment of our people and the support of their families”.

The celebration included the presentation of awards to employees who have been key in the consolidation of the company, among them Alex Pacheco (Systems Engineer), Olesya Dashavskaya (Country Manager Asia), Matías Ignacio Fuentes Bustamante (Technical Services Manager), Isabel Marchant (Accounting and Administration), Jorman Barrera Vergara (Principal Engineer) and Ricardo Miranda (Project Director).

The event closed with an atmosphere of camaraderie and humor, led by comedian Stefan Kramer, who surprised attendees with his impersonation routine before giving way to dancing and celebration.

Because 20 years is not something that happens every day, the celebration was also an opportunity to look ahead with the conviction that the challenges to come will be faced with the same energy and commitment that have marked REDCO’s history since its beginnings.
